Contract
When you book a job it is you who makes a contract with Windscreen Fitment Centre. If your insurer, broker, or fleet operator does not pay the invoice for any reason, you are responsible for the payment in full. If you are booking a job for someone else, please make sure you are able to produce a written authority from that person. If you are not able to, we will do the job on your instruction but will assume that you are the authorized person.
Information Protection
We will record and retain personal data about you in order to perform work for you, to render invoices for the purposes of direct marketing of our services. We may access personal data held by your insurer, broker, or fleet operator to enable Windscreen Fitment Centre to perform work for you.
Mobile services
If weather conditions are adverse, our staff members may not be able to complete a job, unless there are under cover facilities at your location. In this event, they will either rearrange the job, or you could drive your vehicle to 226 Duncan Street, Pretoria.
General
